TLS 1.3 Encryption

PCI-DSS Compliant

All payments are processed through certified Level-1 PCI-DSS-compliant providers including Stripe, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Jepordy LLC never stores full card details.

AES-256 Data Security

Stored billing data is protected with AES-256 encryption — the same standard used by U.S. government agencies and major banks for safeguarding sensitive financial records.

1Payment Terms and Conditions

We accept all major credit cards — including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — as well as PayPal, Stripe, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
All prices and figures are listed in USD (U.S. Dollars).
We do not collect, store, or have access to full payment card details on our servers.
The price displayed at the time of your order is the final price you will be charged — no hidden fees, no surprise freight surcharges, no liftgate fees for residential addresses.
In the rare event of a pricing error, we will notify you immediately and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
Because generators are high-ticket items, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold at checkout — see our Billing Policy for details.

Yes. All payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant payment providers — including Stripe, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Jepordy LLC does not store, transmit, or have access to your full credit card number at any point during or after your transaction. Card data is handled exclusively by the certified payment processor, never by our servers.

Your full payment card number is never accessible to Jepordy LLC. Card data is tokenized and processed directly by our PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processors. Once your purchase is completed, the only billing-related information we retain is shown below.

4Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargebacks should only be filed for genuinely fraudulent or unauthorized transactions. Most billing concerns can be resolved in a single conversation.

Jepordy LLC reserves the right to investigate and dispute illegitimate chargebacks, providing card networks with proof of delivery, signed freight receipts, customer service communications, and order records. Filing a chargeback for a delivered generator without contacting us first may result in your account being flagged or restricted from future purchases.
