1Helpful Information
- Your Order ID was sent to you in your order confirmation email from Jepordy LLC. It typically begins with
#followed by a number. - Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
- Parcel-eligible generators (smaller inverter units) typically arrive within 2 – 5 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
- Freight generators (full-size portable, tri-fuel, standby units) typically arrive within 5 – 10 business days via LTL carriers (R+L, XPO, Saia, ABF, Estes).
- For freight orders, you will also receive a BOL (Bill of Lading) number from the LTL carrier and a scheduling call 24–48 hours before delivery.
- If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please contact us at Contact@jepordy.com with your name and order number.
2Didn't Receive a Confirmation Email?
Check your spam or junk folder first — order confirmations occasionally land there, especially for first-time customers. If you still cannot find it:
- Verify the email address you used at checkout was spelled correctly
- Add Contact@jepordy.com to your email contacts to ensure future emails are not filtered
- Contact us at Contact@jepordy.com or +1 (608) 360-1301 with your full name and the email address used at checkout — we will look it up and resend your confirmation right away
3What Each Order Status Means
- Pending Payment: Your order has been received but payment is still processing. This usually clears within minutes.
- Processing: Payment confirmed. Your generator is being prepared for shipment from our Reedsburg, WI warehouse or the manufacturer's distribution center.
- On Hold: Our team is reviewing your order — typically for high-value freight verification, address confirmation, or carrier scheduling.
- Shipped: Your generator is on its way. A tracking number has been emailed to you.
- Completed: Your order has been delivered and signed for. Warranty registration is now available with the manufacturer.
- Cancelled / Refunded: The order was cancelled before shipment. Refunds typically clear in 3 – 7 business days depending on your bank.
