The price shown at the time of your order is the final price you will be charged — no hidden fees, no surprises, no liftgate or freight surcharges added after checkout for residential addresses.

In the rare case of a technical pricing error, we will notify you immediately and you may choose to confirm or cancel your order at no penalty.

6Trust & Payment Terms

Product Authenticity

All generators and accessories sold on jepordy.com are 100% genuine, brand-new factory units sourced from official manufacturer distributors and authorized supply channels. We do not sell counterfeit, refurbished-as-new, or grey-market products. Every unit ships with its original manufacturer warranty intact.

Accurate Pricing

If a generator is inadvertently listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

Payment & Chargebacks

When you place an order, you confirm that the payment method you use is authorized and your billing details are accurate. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Stripe, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Chargebacks should only be filed for fraudulent or unauthorized transactions. 13Safe Use of Generator Products

Generators are high-output power equipment that produce electricity, heat, and exhaust gases — including carbon monoxide. By purchasing from Jepordy LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will read and follow the manufacturer's owner's manual and all safety warnings before operating your generator
• You will never operate a generator indoors — including inside a home, garage, basement, shed, or any enclosed or partially enclosed space — due to lethal carbon monoxide risk
• You will install working carbon monoxide detectors on every level of any building where generators may be used nearby
• You are responsible for ensuring proper grounding, transfer switch installation, and electrical connection by a licensed electrician where required by code
• You will handle gasoline, propane, and natural gas in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable fire and safety codes
• You will not modify, remove safety features from, or use the generator outside its rated capacity or intended purpose
• You will comply with all local noise ordinances, HOA restrictions, and zoning regulations governing generator use in your area

14Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and all generators and accessories sold through it are provided "as is" and "as available" without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, except for the original manufacturer warranties that ship with each generator.

In no case shall Jepordy LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind — including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or property damage arising from generator use, installation, or malfunction. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin and applicable U.S. law.

15Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jepordy LLC and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim, demand, or expense — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from your breach of these Terms of Service, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your improper installation, operation, or use of any generator purchased from us.

16Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sauk County, Wisconsin, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
